Towing Requirements
Trucks must be equipped with an Electric Brake Control (see below) and Class 3 Receiver Hitch (see below). We will supply the Weight Distribution Hitch for your trip. Some trailers require a 3/4 ton truck to tow them (Ford F-250, Chevy C20 or Dodge 2500 or larger) If you are unsure if your vehicle is able to tow one of the trailers please contact us at 602-276-1868.
Travel Trailers do not come with Generators. If you are traveling to a campsite that does not have electrical hookups or dry camping please look into our Generator Rentals.

Back Roads RV Rentals carries a variety of Brake Controls. We also offer Installation on Brake Control Units. If you wish to have your Brake Control Installed or shipped please select that option upon purchase.
Trailer Hitch
Back Roads RV Rentals carries Quality S, and Reese Trailer Hitches. Quality S is manufactured in Phoenix, Arizona. Quality S Hitches can be on hand within ONE BUSINESS DAY. We also offer Installation on your trailer hitch upon appointment. If you wish to have your Trailer Hitch shipped or installed please select that option at purchase.
Trailer Wiring
Back Roads RV Rentals also installs Wiring Harnesses.
Installations

If you wish to have one of Back Roads RV Rental's qualified technicians install any or all of the above listed products please select that option upon purchase. Back Roads RV Rental's Reservation Specialist will schedule a time for installation.
