Policies
We carry a commercial insurance binder on our rentals, we require that your insurance company e-mails us proof of active insurance on your personal vehicle.
For a Rental of a Trailer your tow vehicle must be equip with an electric brake control. We will supply you with a weight distribution hitch, which will make towing the trailer easier.
We will send the rentals out clean inside and out, full of propane,and fresh water, holding tanks will be empty, and the fridge will be cold. We ask that upon return of the trailer it is clean on the inside. We charge a $85.00 fee that includes refilling the propane tanks, dumping the holding tanks, sanitizing the interior, and cleaning the exterior.
The RV Rental will be empty of any kitchen or linen items. For an additional $25.00 per person we will equip the RV with Kitchen and Linen Items.
We will also collect a $500.00-$1000.00 damage deposit depending on which RV you rent, this will cover the insurance deductible. This is refundable within 5 working days as long as no damage has occurred. This deposit will be collected in Cash, or Credit Card.
The Awning will be locked up, if you choose to use it there will be an additional damage deposit of $250.00. Again refundable if the awning is returned undamaged.
We do require a Pet Deposit if you plan to bring your family dog along. Depending on the size and breed this could range from $75-$200.
When you arrive to pick up the RV we will show you the proper use of the RV's features as well as perform a pre-existing damage inspection. Upon return we will again perform a damage inspection.
To reserve a RV for your up coming trip we will need to collect $200.00 deposit, which will go toward your rental. If you cancel there is a $50.00 cancellation fee. The $200.00will be non-refundable if you cancel with in 30 days of rental departure. If you cancel with in 48 hours of your departure you are still responsible for the entire rental amount. This can be collected with Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover.
After receiving the reservation deposit we will send you the paperwork which confirms your rental.
